Sick :(

I have a sinus infection now :( And Brian hasn't felt real great the last couple of days. But, it was still a great workout. I was just pretty exhausted afterward.

Barbell Rows - 75 lbs., 12. 85 lbs., 8. 95 lbs., 8. 105 lbs., 6.
Dumbbell Rows - 40 lbs., 4 sets of 8, double-armed. 4 sets of 6, single-armed, right arm only. (It's weaker)
Dumbbell Pullovers - 25 lbs., 4 sets of 15.
Lateral Pulldown - 60 lbs., 80 lbs., 12. 80 lbs., 10.
