Merry Christmas!

Today was a great workout :-)

RPE was 8.

Bench w/ Competition Pause - 140 lbs., 150 lbs., 160 lbs., 155 lbs., all for 3.
Dumbbell Floor Presses - 45 lbs., 55 lbs., 60 lbs., all for 6.
Dumbell Triceps Rollbacks - 15 lbs., 20 lbs., 25 lbs., all for 6.
Shoulder Horn - 5 lbs., 20. 8 lbs., 2 sets of 15.
