Feeling SO great!!!! I love that I feel so fresh before a meet. And I'm so glad Brian knows how to accomplish that :) Today was awesome. I set a PR on Close Grip and I'm doing real well controlling the heavy weight on the weight releasers.
Speed Bench with Weight Releasers - Lowered 185 lbs. and raised 95 lbs. for 6 sets. Lowered 195 lbs. and raised 95 lbs. for 2 sets. It's seeming that I'm having an easier time placing the bar, the higher the weight is. I guess I'm staying a lot tighter by instinct, the more weight I'm holding.
Close Grip with Rolled Mat - 95 lbs., 145 lbs., 160 lbs. (x's 2 sets) all for 5 reps. Never done 160 for 5 on close grips! Let alone two sets!!!!!!!!! Felt GREAT!
Shoulder Horn - 5 lbs., 3 sets of 25.
Triceps Pressdowns - 90 lbs., 100 lbs., sets of 12. 80 lbs., for a set of 15. The inside of both my elbows were bothering me so he backed it down for last set.
Upright Rows - 50 lbs., 3 sets of 12.
MedBall Bounces - 2 sets of overhead and chest passes.
<3 Stretching <3 Every Day. I love it. My favorite.
I leave in about 2 1/2 weeks ;-)
