Not the best, definitely not the worst...just a little 'off'.
I forgot to add to Wednesday that I did Lateral Raises, facedown on an Incline, I did a set with 15 lbs and i think two sets with 20 lbs.
Today:
Speed Drills - 90 lbs, 3 sets each grip, plus two singles with 135 lbs (i think).
Close Grip - 135 lbs., 5. 155 lbs., 4. 135 lbs., 8.
Single Arm Tricep Pressdowns - 30 lbs., 2 sets of 12 & a set of 10.
Alternating Military Dumbbell Press - 25 lbs., 12. 35 lbs., 7.
Blackburns - 20
Spread Eagle Sit Ups - 3 sets of 15.
Stretching. :-D
