New Cycle

Today started a new 4-week lifting cycle. I'm really tired. lol. It kicked my butt. But, that's great. Makes me happy. Good day.

Bench Press with Bands - 135 lbs., 145 lbs., 155 lbs., 135 lbs., all for 5. This time the bands are down underneath the bench instead of hanging on top the rack. So, it's pulling it toward me, instead of hanging away from me.
Dumbbell Floor Press - 45 lbs., 4 sets of 10...Brian had to guide me on the last few of just about every set, but I don't know if he actually helped me.
Floor Tricep Extensions supersetted with a Side-ways Tricep Extension - 15 lbs., 6 sets of 6 both ways.
Lateral Raises - 15 lbs., a set of 12 and 2 sets of 10.
Shoulder Horn for Rotator Cuff - 8 lbs., 25. 10 lbs., 20.
Rope Crunches - 90 lbs., 100 lbs., 110 lbs., all sets of 15.

Prayer Updates: Pap's still swollen, they're switching his water pill. He's very unsure on his feet and doesn't want to drive or go up and down steps. But I think he feels okay. Cory had surgery today on two abscesses and he has fluid on his left lung and he's going to be doing respiratory therapy. Misty's surgery site is healing well. There's much more to be praying for, but these were the most severe for now. Thanks everyone. :)
