Friday seems like it's going to be the short day this cycle. Now that the meet is official, I can't believe how close it is!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Competition Bench - 125 lbs., 150 lbs., 160 lbs., all for 3.
Dumbbell Bench - 35 lbs., 40 lbs., 45 lbs., all for 12. 50 lbs. for 10.
Triceps Pressdowns - 80 lbs., 100 lbs., all for 12. 110 lbs., for 10.
