Well, today wasn't the greatest bench day. BUT, my article finally got published for EliteFTS!!!! It's a gym that Brian follows that puts out excellent powerlifters. It's a pretty huge deal!!

Competition Bench - 150 lbs., 160 lbs., 165 lbs., all for 2.
T-Bar Rows - 65 lbs., 80 lbs., 90 lbs., 95 lbs., all for 5.
Y&T's 5 lbs., 3 sets of 10.
Lateral Pulldowns - 60 lbs., 80 lbs., for 12. 90 lbs., for 10.
