T-Bar Rows!!!!! - 45 lbs., 60 lbs., 70 lbs., 80 lbs., 85 lbs., all for 6.
Y,T's - 5 lbs., 3 sets of 10.
Lateral Pulldowns - 60 lbs., 80 lbs., 90 lbs., all for 12.
Biceps Curls - 15 lbs., 3 sets of 12.
