Well, tomorrow will be a week until I compete. :-) Today was my last really big workout...wasn't extremely big. I've had an ear infection all week so Brian cut me back a little bit. But, it was still quite a bit. :-)
Bench Speed Drill - 95 lbs., plus 1 set of chains 3 sets of 3. Plus 2 sets of chains 5 sets of 3.
Dumbbell Bench - 35 lbs., 4 sets of 12.
Triceps Rollouts - 20 lbs., 6 sets of 10.
Dumbbell Military - 20 lbs., 12. 25 lbs., 12, 10, 10.
Lateral Raises - 15 lbs., 3 sets of 10.
