I don't really have a theme to go along with today's blog. But, as of tomorrow (Saturday) I'll be 5 weeks out of my qualifying competition for the World's Team. Pretty sweet, eh?
Speed Bench - 95 lbs. + 1 set of chains - 8 sets of 3.
Close Grip - 95 lbs., 115 lbs., 125 lbs., 135 lbs., sets of 5.
Triceps Pushdowns - 70 lbs., 3 sets of 15.
Lateral Raises - 10 lbs., 4 sets of 15.
