Well, we're one day short of 2 weeks out!!!!! I'm getting pretty excited about it. Loving the competition atmosphere that has started to build around me already.
Dumbbell Rows - 35 lbs., 2 sets of 15 and 2 sets of 12.
Blackburns - 5 lbs., 2 sets of 25.
PullUps supersetted with Band Triceps Pushdowns (red mini) - I think 5 sets of each. Pullups were sets of 5 and Pushdowns were sets of 25.
Dumbbell Rotating Bench Press - 25 lbs., 2 sets timed for a minute and a half (I think).
