Nothing in particular to blog about. It was just your normal-every-day good day. :-) I'm really excited that it's normal for us to have good days. I love training. It makes my heart happy.
Cable Rows - 140 lbs., 2 sets of 20. 150 lbs., 2 sets of 15 and a set of 18.
Overhead Cable Iron Cross - 100 lbs., 2 sets of 15, a set of 20 and a set of 10.
Lateral Pulldown - 70 lbs., 4 sets of 12.
Hammer Curls - 20 lbs., 3 sets of 12.
Chops - 40 lbs., 3 sets of 12.

The response to my benefit concert seems to be good. And I've been getting calls for Tastefully Simple orders for that fundraiser. And I have a fundraiser for June in the works. It's all gonna be A-OK.
