Thankful

So thankful to have my added fourth day. I love it. :-) Thank you Brian.


Dumbbell Rows - 35 lbs., 2 sets 25, 2 sets 20.
Y's - 5 lbs., 2 sets 25.
Pull-ups with Rope - 10 sets of 5.
Military Pin Press - 2 warmup sets w/ bar (45 lbs.), 95 lbs., 10. 135 lbs., 5, but, Brian had to help quite a bit.
