We did LOTS of stuff today. It was longer than my workouts have been lately. But it was good. :-) Everything felt very good. I'm gonna do my best to remember everything.
Bench w/ Band underneath - 95 lbs., 1 set of 8? 135 lbs., 2 sets of 5. Then, maybe, 145 lbs., set of 3. 135 lbs., set of 5.
Dumbbell Bench - 40 lbs., 10. 45 lbs., 2 or 3 sets of 10.
Military Pin Press - Not sure what he put me up to on these. Maybe up to 105. I did 3 sets of 10 I think.
Triceps Side Extensions supersetted with Triceps Roll-Up Extensions - 15 lbs., 1 set of 6 each. 20 lbs., 5 (i think) sets of 6 each.
Shoulder Horn - 8 lbs., 2 sets of 25.
Cable Crunches - 70 lbs., 4 sets of 20.
Was a good workout.
