Single Arm Pulldown - 70 lbs, 3 sets of 20 (minus 4 with my right arm on the middle set. Don't ask why I got more on the 3rd and not the second. I don't know...Adam laughs about it all the time).

Rope Wrist Curls - 2 sets of 2
2 sets of 20 Supermans and Plate Twist Abs.
Tomorrow is a week until I leave for competition. I got another sponsor today. Very grateful.
