We were pleased tonight. Almost a lot of weights went up. Reps went up for bench weight. :-)
Bench - 115 lbs., 5, with pause. 135 lbs., 5, without pause. 160 lbs., 5, without pause. 135 lbs., 7, with pause.
Close Grip w/ Board - 135 lbs., 3 sets, between 6 & 8. Tried 145 lbs., didn't go so well.
Smith Military Press - 50 lbs. + smith, 10. 80 lbs. + smith, 10. 90 lbs. + smith, 6.
Shrugs - 125 lbs., 10. 135 lbs., 2 sets of 8.
Shoulder Horn - 10 lbs., 27 & 20.
