Didn't get so 'mental' on my tricep extensions tonight. And I also did my front raises without saying much of anything...two exercises I had a BIG problem with last week. Was a great night. I'm lovin' it :-D
Bench (Speed Drill) - 95 lbs., 1 set of chains, 3 sets of 3. 95 lbs., 2 sets of chains, 6 sets of 3. 125 lbs., 2 sets of chains, 2 sets of single reps.
Dumbbell Floor Press - 45 lbs., 4 sets of 12.
Dumbbell Floor Tricep Extension - 20 lbs., 10. 25 lbs., 10. 30 lbs., 7. 20 lbs., 10. (i think that's right)
Tricep Pushdown - 80 lbs., 10. 100 lbs., 10. 100 lbs., 6, & Brian helped w/ 2 more.
Single-Arm Front Raises - 15 lbs., 3 sets of 10.
Y, T, W - 2 sets w/ 5 lb. Dumbbells....we didn't count reps, I went as long as I could.
Medball bounces.
I don't think I missed anything. Prayers for Adam, his triathlon is this Sunday. More prayers for Brian's business endeavor, his phone call came, but the bank needed more info.
