Machine Bench - 200 lbs, tempo 222, 12, 8, 6
Machine Flies - 80 lbs, tempo 222, 8, 6, 6
Decline Abs - 3 sets of 20
Still fairly light weight. We'll see what next week brings. Tried to do Curls w/ 30 lbs, but my elbow still hurt pretty good...so I'll keep stretching and icing. It's getting better. Good day :)
