I don't remember all of my reps today. So, I'm going to put down guesses...it'll be close.
Bench 145 lbs - 6, 6, 5, 4. ??? plus a set of 10 negatives, I think 135 lbs.
Incline Dumbbell Press 40 lbs - 2 sets of 8 and 2 sets of 12 (yes, my 12 sets were after my 8 sets)
Pec-Dec 120 lbs. - 8, 7, 5. ???
Smith Flies 70 lbs - 15, 12, 11, 9
Overhead Tricep Extension with the EZ Bar plus 10 on each side - 4 sets of 15
Tricep Kickbacks - 25 lbs, 4 sets of 15.
4 of my Original Wrist Curls with the weight hanging.
2 sets of 30 Side Bends for abs.
Adam and I worked on correcting my repping today. That's why my Incline sets improved so much at the end. See, at competition I will have to stop at my chest and hold the bar there before I push it back up. So, that's what I do with every exercise. I've been very "focused" on making sure I stop and then go again. He showed me today how to use my momentum to shift my muscles so that they're already on their way back up before they're really going up. It makes it SOOO much easier. He said it will be easier to learn to lift the weight this way. And it will be easier to dead lift the weight from my chest once I'm comfortable and know I can lift the weight.
Long day, kinda interesting, but everything turned out excellent. I also asked him some swimming questions and he corrected some stuff. That went much better today.
