Getting Jittery...

Well, today, I took note (don't ask me why) that Friday will be six weeks until my last workout before my competition...that's NOT very far away. So, I'm feeling a bit anxious today...but my workout was good.

Smith Military - 95 lbs, 12, 10, 9, 8
Close Grip Pulldown - 100 lbs, 4 sets of 12 (i think)
Front/Lateral Raises - 5 lb plates, 2 sets of 12 (each), then front and reverse circles for 60 seconds.
Straight Arm Pulldown - 35 lbs, 3 sets of 12

Machine Military - 100 lbs, 30, 30, 25, 20
Iron Cross w/ Band - 4 sets of 20
Rope Wrist Curls - 5 & 4
Alternating Supermans - 3 sets of 20
