Coming Fast

I leave in one week from today to fly into my aunt's house. She lives in Texas and she's going to drive me up to Oklahoma on Friday. We'll stay overnight and then drive back to Texas after my meet on Saturday.

Cambered Bar Rows - 95 lbs., 4 sets of 10.
Lat. Pulldown - 80 lbs., 3 sets of 10.
Cable Rope Iron Cross - 80 lbs., 3 sets of 10.
Dumbbell Bicep Curls - 20 lbs., 2 sets of 12 and 1 set of 11.
Medball Circles & Stretching.
