Today's half routine without Adam was really long! More than I usually do on my own....but, not really anything new. I guess it's really my job to get it all done anyway. :-)
Barbell Military Press - 95 lbs., 8, 8, 9, 10. (Imagine that, I did more on my last set.)
Reverse Incline Cable Rows w/ Rope - 110 lbs., 120 lbs., 130 lbs., 140 lbs., reps 20, 15, 10, 5.
Upright Cable Rows - 50 lbs, 3 sets of 12.
Pull-ups - 12, 10, 8.
'Smith' Military - Tempo 212, 100 lbs., 4 sets of 10.
Iron Cross w/ Band - 4 sets of 30.
Lateral Raises - Tempo 212, 10 lb. dumbbells, 3 sets of 15.
Rope Wrist Curls - 3 sets of 5 :-)
4 sets of 25 Supermans.
