Bench with Pauses - 135 lbs., 150 lbs., 155 lbs., 145 lbs., all sets of 4.
Wide Grip Bench - 135 lbs., 145 lbs., 150 lbs., 140 lbs., all sets of 4.
Triceps Pressdowns - 60 lbs., 80 lbs., 100 lbs.(2 sets), all sets of 12.
Lateral Raises - 15 lbs., 3 sets of 12.
