Re-Grooving

So, apparently my body doesn't like the routine changed up. (just like my brain. lol.) It's taken me most of the week to get back into the right groove on my bench. But, I didn't do too shabby today.

Bench with Pauses - 150 lbs., 3. 155 lbs., 3 sets of 3. 160 lbs., 2 sets of 3.
Ultra-Wide - 135 lbs., 3. 145 lbs., 3. 150 lbs., 3 sets of 3.
Triceps Pressdowns - 60 lbs., 12. 70 lbs., 12. 90 lbs., 10. 100 lbs., 8.
Lateral Raises - 15 lbs., 3 sets of 12.
