Sundays are great. But they're really hard. Definitely my hardest day. I'm still in the midst of figuring out if there's anything I can do about it. But, for now, it's just hard. Great work though. I love the exercises. Just don't have the lower body to bolt me to the seat like I need.
Low Rows - 50 lbs., 60 lbs., 10. 70 lbs., 10, 8.
Scarecrows - 20 lbs., 12. 30 lbs., 9. 20 lbs., 10, 10.
Cable Biceps Curls - 10 lbs., 2 sets of 10.
Medball Throws - 2 sets both sides.

Yesterday was 6 weeks till meet time.
