Dumbbell Floor Presses - 40 lbs., 4 sets of 10.
Triceps Rollbacks - 20 lbs., 5 sets of 8.
Dumbbell Military Press - 30 lbs., 3 sets of 10.
Lateral Raises - 15 lbs., 3 sets of 12.
Cable Crunches - 40 lbs., 3 sets of 20. (i remembered to find out the weight today!)
